hello, pls i wanted medical assistance, i started developing lesions on my skin mostly on my arm , that would become hard, itchy and painful, went for a lab test and came out with moderate growth of E.coli , pus cells - very numerous, Epith cells ++, HPF bacteria cells+++, please what does it mean and whats the best treatment i can get for this
