Hi user Thanks for posting your query on Healthcare Magic Clinical symptoms and signs are very important for diagnosis of pancreatitis. Investigation firther help for confirming diagnosis. Amylase can be increase in many conditions but Lipase is more specific to pancrease. Lipase in this level is not normal. If you are not having pain abdomen, distension abdomen and other gastrointestine symptoms then there is possibility you are having biochemical pancreatitis (raised pancreatic enzymes) To know severity, disease and complications of pancreatitis contrast enhanced CT scan abdomen (CECT) is standard imaging of choice. You can discuss with your treating doctor proceed accoringly. keep watch on amylase lipase Hope this information is useful to you.Take care
