Large Purple Bruise On Thigh, White Center, Tender To Touch. Causes And Treatment?

yes, I woke up with a large purple bruise on my thigh. The center is whitish and it is tender to touch. I dont remember bumping my leg before bed. I do remember waking up thinking I had soreness and needed to foam roll it the next day. I forgot about it when I woke up and then noticed the bruise while driving in the a.m. Any idea what this could be caused by?

Thanks for posting to HCM,
Bruises can occur in some people who exercise rigorously such as athletes and weightlifters.
Treatment :
Apply Ice pack.
Tab. Ibuprofen for pain manegment.
avoid aspirin.
