Knee And Lower Back Pain, Prescribed Celadrin, Cholecalciferal. Any Side Effects ?

hallo dr.
i m suffering from knee pain
&lower back pain .i walk 3 kms in morng.
my dr. has pres. following.
1 eto safe er 600 mg ...1od
2. dura joint gm 750mg 1 bd
3 celadrin cap 1 bd
4. cholecalciferol 1gm weekly
may i take these med. for 3 months as adv.? is there any side effect?
should i continue walking?

the pain killer may not be so safe, taking et er daily would not be such a good idea as NSAIDs have various side effects.
It would probably be better to do strengthening exercises of the back and knee, use topical NSAID gel or spray and take pain medicine as and when required.
