Itchy Spots, Looks Like Mosquito Bite. Applying Benadryl Cream

Hi Doc. I have had these random itchy spots like bug bites developing & disappearing on their own (mostly on or around my face & neck). There are never many at a time & they look & feel exactly like mosquito bites - which I have always been very prone to. A topical benadryl cream tends to help them in a day or two, but I can't figure out the cause.
