Hello,
I am sorry to hear that you are suffering from chronic
eczema. We can't pinpoint the cause of this inflammation of the
epidermis of the skin. So many causes are told but the exact cause is difficult to find out. The causes may be
1) Lack of good atmosphere
2) Allergy
3) Mites -
Antibodies are found in certain people
4) Defective GLA Synthesis - taking GLA give some improvement
So naturally the treatment is avoiding the probable cause and taking GLA.
Otherwise treatment should be aimed at reducing the symptoms, inflammation and itching. Have fat free diet.
Weak
steroid for mild eczema is advised. Sometime Strong cortocosteroid oral/injection may be needed. Keep in mind that it has its own side effects.
Definitely it is not due to any underlying cause of cancer.
Treat patiently, avoiding the allergic items, good hygiene and atmosphere and proper ointment will make you alright. Once getting alright you have to be careful for recurrence.
Best wishes
