Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of eczema, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Take food rich in vitamin A and take a vitamin A supplement once daily for three months.
3. Don't worry about steroid as the topical steroid will not cause many side-effects.
If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
 Dr. Harshit Bhachech
