Itchy Rash Due To Thyroid Problem, Not Healed By Sulfa Antibiotic. Is This Yeast Infection?

I am a diabetic and have thyroid disease and a rash that is very itchy and looks like heat. The dermatologist says the rash is because I have thyroid disease. I am wondering if it is yeast because the rash is where I sweat and my under garments are and it is worse when I am hot. I was on a sulfa antibiotic for almost 2 months.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The antibiotic will not work here you need to start the long actin antihistamine and the "Levocetirizine" 10 mg twice day, would give good result, if you are diabetic and having thyroid problem too then such rash is more likely in your case you need to reassess the case and have to correct the underlying cause, have word with your physician hope this will help you have nice day.
