General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
Telekast is helpful in treating the symptoms such as itching but it with not treat the cause.
I recommend to do an allergy test for further evaluation to check the allergen that is causing the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
