Itching of feet and hands. Taken benadryl and gone. How can it be treated permanently?

4 Days ago my feet and hands started itching really bad, i started taking benadryl & it went away, however, since then, out of nowhere, they start to itch and i see small bumps and welps all over my hands and as of now, my wrist s and arms also. when i take benadryl, it goes away but still keeps coming back. some of the welps are small and round and some look like long scratch marks.
