Itching In Labia Minora, Lump. Suggestion?

Hello,
My labia minora started to itch little since last two days .today when I took a look I found that the upper corner of minora has become bigger and there is pebble kind of thing. It is partially pink n white in color. it is under the skin and is smooth on top but i can hold it with two fingers. Its round n hard stuff under skin. can you pls tell what it can be. i have not been sexually active since very long.

Hi,

As you have not been sexually active since very long, chances of this being STD is less. There are certain other skin conditions which can present this way which range from a simple boil to a tumor. Consult a dermatologist and maintain a proper personal hygiene.
