Hi my 5 year old hit his head on the floor 5 hours ago, he has been fine, but 30 minutes ago started to vomit, should I take him to the dr Two days ago, my 9 years and had vomit and diarrhea, could my 5 year old cough some kind of virus, how can I differentiate from head injury or virus

It is difficult to differentiate unless you get a CT scan
He will need CT to rule out injuries
