Is Total Sperm Count Of 10 Million/ml Normal?

hi... i went for semen test, the below is my result, please tell me what does it mean
color - opaque
volume -1.5ml
odder - musty
liquefication - 45 mts
viscocity - viscous
total sperm count - 10 million cell/cumm
motilty Active: 50%, slightly - 10%, non motile - 40 %

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

Your semen analysis report suggests decreased sperm count with borderline decreased sperm motility.
Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Normally at least 55 % sperms should be motile.

Besides clinical evaluation,you need few investigations.Ultrasound of scrotum and hormone assay should be done.

You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You should avoid tight underpants.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things.
If low sperm count and decreased motility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI,ICSI.
