Hi.. These can occur in throat cancer BUT in ur age and if u re not taking any smoking or excess alcohol its highly unlikely.. There are many other simpler diagnosis which would explain your symptoms.. Don't panic! But still stay away from smoking and alcohol.. Its like buying death!
