Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
This ultrasound is perfectly normal.
CRL of 49mm corresponds to around 11 weeks of pregnancy.
Heart rate is normal for gestational age.
Nuchal translucency measurement of less than 3mm is normal. So this is normal.
There is no problem at all. Just relax and enjoy the pregnancy.
