Is This Report 'sperms Count 65million/ml' Good To Get My Partner Pregnant?

Hi I m 32..my semen analysis are .. Volume 3.5ml.. Colour whitish.. Sperms count 65million/ml.. Sluggishly motile 15%...actively mobile35%..pus cells 5-7... Dead cells50%...is there any problem to make my partner pregnant.. If yes suggest me some treatment or medicine to cure.. Thanx

Hello,
Since you have more dead forms, any infection has to be cured firstly. Progressive motility of the sperm and abundance of normal forms is needed for natural conception even with low counts. Please have a complete evaluation by an andrologist for proper guidance. IUI may also be useful if motility is low. Also, you would need to repeat the analysis after a few weeks to see if there are any changes in the values before taking a final decision as regards management. Hope this helps.
