i forgot to mention that my blood pressure in general it's 100/65 or 110/70  , i don't have flu and i'm not thinking now anything stressful cause i'm trying to go to sleep ( but yea during the day the stress comes and goes , however i do not get enough of sleep , and sometimes i go to sleep like 1 am and sometimes 4 am so i don't have a fixed time like most people do and the hours sometimes 6 hr sometimes 5 and sometimes 4 , there have been days that more than 24 hr not sleeping at all ... sometimes it's stress that keeps me up and sometimes hours that i spend in the computer and it does happen that even when i feel like i need to sleep i just push it myself not going to sleep at that moment )
