ENT Specialist Dr. Naveen Kumar's  Response

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
Thats nice to know that you are an upcoming singer and a music composer. Good Luck to you. Few things you need to understand and cultivate are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water it will rehydrate the dry tissues and also improve the blood circulation.
2. Avoid voice abuse.
3. Avoid excessive coffee/tea/spicy/oily food.
4. Do steam inhalation at least once in a day to keep your cords in a healthy condition.
Take care
