Is There Any Other Treatment For Pytergium Apart From Operation?
i have pyteregium.i did consult to the doctor and said that this cause of eye burning.and to prevent is alwys wear eyeglass to protect sunlight.is there possible medication for this aside of operation?what are the other prevention of this disease..thank you so much..

Ptrrygium is a degenerative condition of conjunctiva seen in people with exposure to sunlight.
The surgical treatment is indicated for progressive pterygium encroaching the cornea.
In small atrophic ptrrygiums decongestant eye drops are sufficient.
In pterygium with inflammation antiinflammatory drugs are used.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for treatment according to the type and stage of pterygium.
