Hi and welcome to HCM

PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) is most common endocrine disorder among reproductive age group women. It is associated with hormonal imbalance and impairment of ovulation, leads to irregular delayed period and infertility to some extent. Here, hypothalamus- pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis is mostly disturbed.

Metfor is the important drug in PCOS and it contains metformin. Nacfil forte is a vitamin supplement necessary for ovulation. Nacfil forte and metfor both will not cause drowsiness and they are recommended in PCOS, it might be due to some other reason which has to be evaluated.
