a patient evaluted 24 urine catechcholamine and also suspected for carcinoid syndrom with recent history of flucktuating bp(rasied diastolic in proportion) and grade 1 fatty liver change.the patient has also low cvc count.plz sugest possible daigonosis.we are grateful for this.

hi,Dr.boskey gandhi is here, if your 24catacholamines are high, then pheochromocytoma may be one possibility according to symptoms. this is disease of adrenal gland. it can be imaginated by sonography or ct scan. so be careful & all the best.
