Is There Any Ayurvedic Treatment For Tenosynovitis ?

I am 46 years old, 5 ft height, 54 kg weight; 13 months back I had to go for oophorectomy , never taken HRT, two months back I felt pain in only my right wrist and lower portion of thumb. Doctors identified it as tenosynovitis due to over use of mouse, took inflam and also steroid. Keeping rest of my right hand so far, now pain is 50% reduced but not cured. Is there any ayurvedic treatment for this?

Hallo, Kaberi Sultana,
The Wrists ,Hands and Feet are commonly affected caused by Tenosynovitis. The inflammation of the tendon sheath.
The goal of Ayurvedic treatment is to reduce pain and reduce inflammation.
TURMERIC may be a helpful herb in treating the swelling and inflammation.Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory agent.
Apply K2 .OIL on the inflammed area.
Take Maha yogaraj gugul twice a day
Take Ashwaghantha Arishta 20 ml with water.
Rest is essential for recovery.
Applying Heat or Cold to the affected area should reduce the pain and inflammation.

Use the affected hand as little as possible; hot or cold applications will help to reduce pain.Treatment of tendonitis generally aims at reducing inflammation and relieving pain. Other than that, if the affected area is given significant rest, the healing process will occur naturally in time.
homeopathy and ayurvedic mode of treatment has effective treatment so u can consult.good luck
