Hello
It seems from the history that your 4.6 years old boy is having refractive error in the form of astigmatism with refractive power of 1.5 and 1.25 in both his eyes.
Refractive errors either myopia or hypermetropia or astigmatism are common in children and treatment is by use of spectacles.
Since the refractive power changes rapidly in children as a result of growth of the eye he need to undergo frequent eye checkup at least once in a year for correction of the same. Along with this having food rich in vitamin A will help to prevent the progression of the refractive error.
As of now there is no cure for this and he has to use spectacles.

Thank you
