Hi,
SGPT is a liver enzyme found mainly in liver and heart .The levels may be eleveated in liver disease, bile duct problems, myopathy, congestive heart failure and also in strenous physical exercise.Your level is slightly elevated but no diagnosis can be made without additional tests like alk phospahte, ctreatinine kinase etc.Even the medical history is possible.Your levels is only marginally high and does not mean only liver diease.Your doctor will advise you after all the reports are analysed.
