OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Dermoid cysts are most common ovarian tumours in pregnancy, and if they are more than 5 cm in size, then they need to be removed surgically, as they have high risk of torsion, bleeding or infection which can lead to emergency situation.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and operated if required. The surgery should be done between16- 20 weeks of pregnancy, and I think it is appropriate time for 4 months pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
