Is The Impact Of Taking Drugs Greater In A Heart Patient Than A Normal Person?

My friend & I had gotten into a talk about drugs. He's doing a report on ecstasy. When I Was a baby (I'm 25 now) I used to have a heart murmur. It's completely gone & I have had no heart problems since then. We were wondering what would happen if I were to take E. Would the risk be that of a normal person or would my risk be greater? Now mind you I don't actually plan to take the drug. I'm just wondering.

A heart murmur that is gone generally represents a developmental minor glitch (hole in the wall between two sides of the heart, OR merely a very active movement of the heart) that went entirely away and isn't there leaving a totally normal heart. So... someone with a normal heart has an average risk.
.
E.... has been pretty bad in the literature at times with some data of permanent brain damage. Certainly it is a stimulant and is associated with increased strain on the heart, hyper thermia which has produced heat stroke (rarely). In someone without an abnormal EKG as a 30 dollar screen for heart disease, it's hard to say it's exactly worse.
