Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

This indicates right side of heart is moderately damaged and this needs no surgery, except some medicine if she is having edema feet or face. More important is to prevent the progression of the disease. She must be having some problems in lungs which is leading to these problems. She will need chest x-ray, hrct chest and may be CT angiogram. You should visit a local doctor for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
