Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the bleeding duing pregnancy is due to various causes like hormonal abnormalities like thyroid abnormalities,progesterone insufficiency or bleeding from cervix or any low lying placenta.So all the causes need to be evaluated.The progesterone supplement like susten is given if there is suspicion of progesterone insufficiency.Progesterone helps in maintainance of pregnancy but not to induce periods.The bleeding might be due to one of the above causes.So i suggest you to consult doctor and get an examination done and ultrasound also might be helpful to know the pregnancy status.Avoid physical stress and intercourse.Take bed rest.
