Is Surgical Removal Of Angiokeratoma On Scrotum Advisable?

I have 2 angiokeratoma on my scrotom. I have had them there for years. They do itch once in a while and 1 of them crusted once. My doctor said that s normal, but just don t scratch them. Is removal of these painful? I do have hashimotos hypothyroid disease. Any relation?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
If it is not creating problem, then no need of its removal. Even in case you decide to get it removed surgically, the procedure is not so painful.
There is no relation of it to your thyroid problem. They are entirely different.
