Suggest Treatment For Scrotum Angiokeratoma

Hi Doctor,
I just noticed that small pimples on the scrotum, so i just checked the internet it seems pictures look like Scrotum Angiokeratoma. what i have to do for this or which doctor i have to consult with a physician or skin specialist? please advice.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Scrotum Angio-keratome are very very rare, so they are mentioned only for discussion purpose.
The small pimples on the scrotum are usually due to multiple sebaceous cysts. Consult a General Surgeon or a Dermatologist; He may tell you whether you require any treatment or they are self limiting.
As a precaution, use loose underwear and pant, keep the area ventilated.
Clean the scrotum with tap water 2 to three time a day for the skin the breathe.

You will be fine soon.
