age is 32 weight is 40, 78days pregance..few days stomck pain and bleeding little flow i will checy it pregance test it ispostive but pain little amount of bleeding what is the slotion

Don't worry much. A bit of spotting in the first 12 weeks or 84 days of pregnancy is normal. There can be a bit of abdominal discomfort.
I would suggest you to go for an antenatal checkup to a gynaecologist and get an obstetric ultrasound done.
