Is Sleeping In Normal Daytime Clothes OK?

Good Day There, Just a quick question, is it healthy to sleep in normal daytime clothes or not. I m talking just jeans, undies and a t-shirt. What would you recommend as the healthiest sleeping attire. Regards, Jordan

Dear jordan
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Mostly It depends on what you wear during the day.
If you had wore jeans or some uncomfortable, tight- fitting clothes,
in the morning, your legs might feel stuck and uncomfortable.
Although, If you usually wear a t-shirt and sweatpants during the day, you'll have a good, comfortable night's sleep.
I suggest you wearing pajamas to bed, light and comfort for bed time
Thanks
