Is Revitatle Multivitamins Effective For Dysentery?

Hello Dr.I was suffered from dysentery for 8 hours. Can I use revitale multi time release(multivitamines and minerals) tablet to recover the vitamines and minerals released during the dysentery process. If yes, then how should I use these tablets.I will be tankful for ur suggestion.

I understand your concern
Yes you can take the revital tablet for the compensation.
But it is not the treatment of the dysentery and it has very minor role.
Main loss is water in the dysentry.
I advise you to go for stool microscopy and clture to find out the cause.
As a treating physcian I will give following treatment:
Tablet metronidazole 500 mg three time a day for 5 days
Tablet sporolac sachet: in half glass of water
Take oral rehydration solution.
Take diet like boiled rice with lemon and salt, banana, applesauce and toast.
Tablet revital tablet once tablet daily.
