dear doctor, i am a female with no medical history, and im a virgin, i have been goofing around with my BF , there was no penetration but he rubbed his penis by my vegina , it was the first time we did it , im freaking out now because my period is late ... can i as a virgin become pregnant without penetration and only because of that action ?im freaking out please help!

Don't worry much. Stay calm. It is not possible to get pregnant without fertilizing ovum. just by rubbing around vagina can not be a cause of pregnancy.your periods can be late due to stress.
you need to go for pregnancy test after you miss your periods. there is no chances of pregnancy if the flow of blood during period is normal in amount and duration. if only spotting is present then also you need to go for evaluation.
