Without actual penetration or ejaculation, chance of pregnancy from rubbing is quite low and it depends on precum & ovulation time (14 days prior due date). If you did sexual activity on safer day, then there is no chance of pregnancy.
If he knows that there was no precum, then you have No chance of pregnancy. For safer side, you can take emergency contraceptive pill if you did that during your fertile period. Otherwise, you have not to be worried.
