Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information. The sonographic picture is confirming polycystic ovaries. To conceive, you need to ovulate. Metformin is useful when there is insulin resistance which inhibits natural ovulation. Maintenance of a healthy BMI, regular exercise and a healthy diet are also important. You should also get the male factor tested. Tubal patency, any associated hormone defects and general infections also need to be checked and treated. Hope this helps.
