Is Pentid 400 Mg Proper Medication For Splenectomy?
Sir, I have gone through the Splenectomy 6 years ago and still i am taking pentid 400 mg on daily basis. is it harmful for me or it is ok for me. as i taking this pill as prescription given by my doctor.peven i do not have any side effects from this pill. please suggest me for this.

There is high chance for bacterial infection after splenectomy and pentid(penicillin) will prevent such infection. Nothing much to worry and your treatment is in the right track. You can also opt for vaccination against bacterial infection.
