Is Pain In Lower Back, lower Abdomen And Nausea Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I ve had unprotected sex with my boyfriend three times, the first time we did it, was when I first lost my virginity, he didn t ejaculate that night. The other two times we did it, he used the pull out method, I know the pull out method is not as effective. We did it the day before my period started, and the next day it ended. Two days after I ve felt very bad cramps, in my lower back, my lower abdomen right to left, I ve not felt any breast tenderness nor seen any changes but felt a lil spasms. I ve felt some headaches, and nausea but has not thrown up...am I likely to be pregnant?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. An unprotected intercourse just before a menstrual period is safe. This is because ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period and this is the fertile period when conception can occur. It is true that withdrawal method has high failure rate. Yet, your chances of pregnancy are rare. The cramps could be due to uterine and tubal contractions possibly due to the oxytocin release during the sexual act. Sometimes, urethral spasm can occur. Your other symptoms are non-specific. You can wait for your next normal period and get help if you overshoot. Hope this helps.
