Hello,

You have a problem of blood in stool and pain at abdominal area with bloating that may be because of ulcer or gastritis problem or hemorrhoid or anal fissure.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Physical examination and history give the exact idea about problems. Abdominal ultrasonography can be done if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
