Is Odimont Plus And Foracort Inhaler Safe To Take For Breathlessness During Sleep?

Can an aged 82 years male, have odimont plus or montair plus, once in a day, with duolin rota Cap inhaler, in interval of 4-5 hours in a day and a foracort 200 rota cap inhale before to sleep at 11.30 P.M. for safe breathing upto morning, during sleep. Kindly advise any other better alternative or this is the right medication. Thanks & Regards J.S. Rana Delhi.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. None of these medications can cause CNS depression and can be safely used.
2. Yes, all of them can reduce breathlessness.
3. These medications are adequate. Along with it breathing exercises and chest physiotherapy will be helpful.
4. Avoid smoking or going out in smog. Mild exercises and good nutritional diet rich in protein is essential.
