Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports your uterus is bulky in size and presence of fibroid measuring 2.5 x 2.9 cm in the posterior wall.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
There is also large cyst in the right ovary measuring 6.8 x 4.0 cm. You need further evaluation for right ovarian cyst. You need contrast CT Scan of abdomen and tumour markers.Further treatment depend upon investigation and clinical findings.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
You should consult your gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
