Is Low Fever Normal After Exposure To Sun?

My one-year-old son spent about an hour total in the sun yesterday afternoon. Despite putting copious amounts of sunscreen on him and making him wear a hat, he got slightly sun burned and is now running a low fever. Is that normal after sun exposure? Could it be heat stroke?

Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion he seems to be dehydrated and so the temperature is slightly raised. It does not seem to be heat stroke. Please give him a lot of fluids orally and he would be fine. This is quite common after sun exposure.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you.
