Hello ma'am
I share your concern
Looking at your history this could be superficial scratch bite
i would like to know that bleeding was there or not
24 hour delay is not significant if the dog is well immunised

In my opinion you should consult your doctor immediately for the first dose of the vaccine and advise for the rest of the vaccines

hope this answers your question
best wishes
