I have been taking warfarin for almost 3 years following a serious blood clot in my leg following surgery. Towards the end of last year I lost 12kg in weight through a calorie controlled diet and exercise but cannot lose anymore as recently I have become constantly hungry. I would like to go back onto duromine to get my appetite back under control, this worked for me several years ago. My blood pressure is constant at 70/100, are there any drug interactions I should consider?
