Is It Safe To Take Aciloc 150 Twice In A Day During Pregnancy?

hi, i am 19 weeks pregnant,height 5.5" and weight 46kg.i have severe gastritis.I have been admitted in hospital 4-5 times due to excessive vomitings. If i take aciloc 150 regularly morning and evening then i stay fine but if i try to reduce it to even once ,my stomach starts paining and i could not eat anything,otherwise also my diet is very less,i cannot eat even my regular diet that was before pregnancy.i wanted to know to know that is it safe to take aciloc twice regularly?

Aciloc is considered safe during pregnancy although it can cross the placenta and reach the fetus. From your symptoms it sounds like you are having more kf an acidity problem than an ulcer-related issue. Try an antacid like digene instead of aciloc which should certainly be more effective.
