Is It Safe To Sleep With Contact Lenses Whole Night?
Wife fell asleep with contact lenses and woke up with the following symptoms in both eyes: red eyes, sensitive to light, tearing, burning and blurry vision. It has been 7 hours now and still hasn't gone away. Is this an infection and if so is there anything over the counter available?
It is not safe to sleep with cotactlense in night. You will develop dry eye syndrome. Now remove the lense and put it in solution supplied. Do not use lense for one week. Put refrehtear for two times daily. Use specs for few days.
