Is It Safe To Fly With Pericarditis?

I have pericarditis which started about 8 weeks ago after implanting of an ICD. Symtoms have been improving but still present. Due for a vacation to Kauai,HI for 10 days. 8-10 flight hours in confined space. Is there risk with this trip and presurized cabin?

Hi There

After going through the details provided by you i want to tell you that there is no risk in flying. Just be regular with your medicines and do not involve yourself in strenuous physical activities while outside.

Good Luck and Enjoy
