Hello dear Understand your concern. You should always take this abortion drug under the supervision of gynecologist. You should use this drugs up to 9 week of pregnancy. First you have to undergo USG to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. Yes you can take misoprostol tablet under the guidance of gynecologist. It cause minor bleeding, removal of blood clots and abdominal cramps as misoprostol can cause uterine contraction with in 24 hours. But if you are anxious you can tell the gynecologist to put tablet vaginally at the hospital . But remember also Do follow up USG after one week to confirm the incomplete abortion.
