Is It Required To Test For Blocked Arteries In High Cholesterol Problem?

I am a 38 yr old female, I have high cholesterol since I was a teenager, my 12 year old son also has it.

My concern is I'd like to know if I can test for blocked arteries. I don't have any symptons, however it is a worry on my mind, because my uncle died of a heart attact at 37, and my mother had quadauple bypass at 50. Thank you

yes u have a strong family history and risk factor so u should get baseline ECG and stress exercise test that will clarify . keep close watch on symptoms like heaviness burning in chest esp on exertion and periodically check ur cholesterol levels. try to adapt healthy lifestyle, regular exercise, avoid other risk factors.
