Is It Possible To Have A Cracked Rib From A Cough?
kinda embarrased here but friday night had sex with my wife was just nomal then got up saturday mourning and i coughed really hard and recieved a excruciating pain in my ribs on left side kinda where the bottom rib area .....since then if i couch or sneeze the pain is severe then subsides after a couple mins . is it possible i have cracked a rib from the cough? the pain isvery intense

It is possible to get ribs fractured but it is rare. Left chest pain can be due to pleural inflammation, angina, musculoskeletal, gastric ulcers etc.
I think you must get a chest xray done and an ECG done. Meanwhile can take antibiotic and analgesic.
